Meals and Lodging

Full room and board packages include lodging for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, along with the following meals: Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday breakfast, lunch and banquet ticket; and Monday breakfast and lunch. Additional nights with breakfast are available on Thursday night and Monday night.

Meals Only

Those who will not be staying on campus could have purchased a package with meals only: includes Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch and banquet ticket, and Monday lunch.

Banquet Only

Those who will not be staying or eating on campus could have purchased a ticket to the banquet on Sunday evening. A small number of banquet tickets will be available at the door.

Parking

Parking at UCLA will be a flat-rate of $10 a day. If you have not pre-purchased parking for the conference, you will have to purchase it at one of the parking kiosks on campus. The end of a parking day is midnight, so if you stay overnight, you need a permit for the second day (campus security starts checking early). Off campus parking options are listed in Progress Report 2.
