Conference Packages

Meals and Lodging

Full room and board packages include lodging for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, along with the following meals: Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday breakfast, lunch and banquet ticket; and Monday breakfast.

All package rooms will be part of a Suite. They will be in Building 2, right across the driveway from the Conference Facilities and not far from the Dining Room. Most Suites have a living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Each bedroom can have either one person (the single rate) or two people (the double rate multiplied by two). If two people wish to have a Suite all to themselves, then they will need to pay for two single rooms.

(When purchasing a room, please specify the names of your roommate and suite mates by using the Note to Seller*. If you do not have a roommate or suite mates, Mythcon will attempt to provide these for you but cannot guarantee success. You may need to pay for a single room. If you do have any restrictions or ideals — Morning Person, Night Owl, quiet, noisy, social, or whatever — please let us know, and we’ll try to match you up.)

Reminder: All inside spaces at Clark Kerr Campus are non-smoking.

Extra Meals

Staying an extra day, don’t want the whole commuter packet, Extra Meals are available. Please if you can plan ahead, these extra meals make things much easier for the Clark Kerr Dining Room. Please let me know in Note to Seller* what days you are purchasing.

Breakfast $11.10
Lunch $13.28
Dinner $15.18

Note to the non-planners – Clark Kerr does sell meals for cash at the Dining Room, but they are very limited in number. Please do not depend on this. Make everyone’s day easier, and pre-pay for meals when possible. We all thank you.

Parking Pass

Parking is available in the Southwest Lot at Clark Kerr Campus, right next to the Krutch Theatre Building.

For Commuters – They have machines and parking is $1 an hour. The machines are cranky and expire every morning. Bring lots of change.

Thus for people actually staying in the dorms and to make life easier on those commuting, you can buy a Parking Pass. This is good from Friday when you arrive to Monday Noon (check out). $42.

Arriving early, leaving late, don’t need all three days – Daily Passes are $14 a day. Be sure to tell me in Note to Seller* what days you are buying.

Mythcon 43 Parking (Friday-Monday) $42
Mythcon 43 Daily Parking Pass $14

*Note to Seller – PayPal has a spot called Note to Seller below where they list what you are buying on the left, click it and it expands so you can send me a note. Not sure how Note to Seller works? You can e-mail me at mythcon43@mythsoc.org That works too.
